What's New - Mid February Updates

Welcome to our Yoga Portal updates this February.

As part of the ongoing development of our bi-monthly updates we are happy to include the article 'How to flourish under pressure' by Antonia Boyle. As a yoga teacher and NLP Master Practitioner, the author highlights that we all can achieve our  full potential in a process that involves the removal of old stress patterns.

Furthermore, Yoga Portal opens up the dialogue on the meaning of yoga and illustrates how children with special needs can benefit from this wonderful ancient tradition. We also include an interview with Antonia Boyle to supplement the 'How to flourish under pressure'  feature and a conversation with Jo Manuel to accompany our article 'Yoga for children with special needs'.

For our members, we provide a selection of beautiful pre-made flyers that will make it easy to advertise local yoga classes.
